Schumann resonance and effects on humans: what the evidence says

Schumann resonance measurements describe natural ELF electromagnetic signals. Claims that a live spike causes a particular symptom, mood, sleep change, or health outcome go beyond what this dashboard can establish.

What is measured

The dashboard reports F1 frequency, relative amplitude, Q-factor, timestamps, and spectrogram patterns from ELF sensor data. These observations do not measure a person's nervous system, symptoms, exposure dose, or clinical status.

What evidence would require

A causal human claim would require carefully controlled studies, validated exposure and outcome measures, appropriate comparison groups, replication, and independent review. Correlation with a public time series would not be enough on its own.

A practical boundary

Use the live data for science education and signal observation, not for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or predictions about how someone should feel. If you have a health concern, use qualified medical advice rather than an ELF dashboard.
